Industrial Management Assistant (m/f/d)

As an Industrial Management Assistant, you pass through various commercial departments at our company. You are a full team member and you will gain comprehensive insight into a wide range of divisions, such as Customer Service, Sourcing, Product Management, Marketing, Accounting, Human Resources, and Logistics.

In Darmstadt, you can also take part in international specialist trade fairs as a member of the trade fair team. We also provide ideal in-house preparation with lessons for your examinations.

What we offer

Internal business and English lessons
In regular lessons within the company, we prepare you for your exams and the start of your career in the best possible way, especially in English and selected other subjects.

Regular evaluation
An regular evaluation on your performance is already an integral part of your apprenticeship. It is important for us that you always know which performance level you have achieved and where you can improve. Participation in international trade fairs

Time abroad
As part of your apprenticeship or dual degree programme, you have the opportunity to spend time working abroad – either at one of our subsidiaries or via partner programmes run by the vocational schools.

Team-building events
A few months before they join us, all new apprentices and students are invited to attend our big annual team-building event. Other events are also held throughout the year for particular occasions.

What we offer

Costs paid
We are happy to pay for everything you need for your lessons, as well as the cost of excursions. Depending on how far from your vocational school you live, we may also pay your travel costs. Our Fruit-Juice Expert apprentices of course also receive free accommodation in Geisenheim.
